↩️ Return & Refund Policy — PURGE™ 45:8

At Rebel Lion Labs — PURGE™ 45:8, we stand behind our product and move with transparency. Because we produce small-batch, ritual-grade formulations, all sales are final — but we always take care of our customers if there is a real issue.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our product (consumable, hygiene-related, and small-batch), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

This protects product integrity and ensures every customer receives fresh, unopened PURGE™.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we’ll fix it immediately.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email support@purge458.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will send:

  • A replacement, or

  • A store credit, depending on availability

No returns are required for damaged items.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package shows “Delivered”, the carrier assumes responsibility.

We are not liable for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Deliveries to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If something goes wrong, reach out — we’ll always try to help you navigate the carrier claim.

4. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they enter processing.

Processing typically begins within 1–4 hours of purchase.

If you made a mistake, email support@purge458.com ASAP — we will try to assist if the order has not shipped yet, but we cannot guarantee changes.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled

  • A duplicate charge occurred

  • A mistake happened on our end

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

6. Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
